What FileSECURE does
- Strong AES-256 encryption with no manual key management — only the recipient's email address is needed to grant access.
- Permissions for view, print, copy/save and control, with start and expiry times, set per person or by pre-configured policy.
- Revoke or change permissions after distribution; automatically retire old versions when a new one is published.
- Protected files travel by any route — email, file share, USB, download — and remain protected while being viewed.
- Secure from Windows Explorer, Microsoft Office and other applications, or automatically with AutoSECURE folders and ScanSECURE scanner integration.
- Synchronise users and groups with Microsoft Active Directory and other major LDAP repositories.
High-fidelity viewing
Secured content is rendered directly in Microsoft Office or with Adobe PDF, Oracle AutoVue, Dassault eDrawings, Kisters 3D ViewStation or OpenText Content Viewer technology, so recipients see exactly what you intended.
