AirZip primarily sells its products and services directly to end-user customers in the United States, Canada and Australasia.

In Europe, AirZip is represented by a number of partners covering the European Union.

AirZip Asia Limited, headquartered in Hong Kong is responsible for sales and marketing in Asia, including China.  A network of distributors and resellers throughout the region engages with end-user customers.  Pre-sales support for the China North and East regions is managed out of AirZip's Shanghai office and South and West regions are handled by the Shenzhen office.

Actify distributes its SpinFire Protect and DesignShare Protect products (which incorporate AirZip FileSECURE technology) as well as vanilla FileSECURE through its worldwide network of partners.
